Subscription Terms and Refund Policy

These terms apply to the OpenJornada Cloud plan contracted through this website.

1. Price and billing

OpenJornada Cloud costs €990/year + VAT, billed annually in advance via Stripe. VAT is calculated and added to the base price at the time of payment in accordance with applicable tax regulations.

2. Automatic renewal

The subscription renews automatically every year for the same amount, unless cancelled beforehand. Stripe will notify you by email before each renewal and of any billing issue.

3. 60-day money-back guarantee

If you are not satisfied with the service, you can request a full refund of the amount paid within the first 60 days of subscribing, by writing to info@openjornada.es.

4. How to cancel

You can cancel your subscription at any time from the Stripe billing portal, accessible from your account's admin panel ('Manage subscription'). Cancelling stops automatic renewal; the service remains active until the end of the period already paid for.
